We are plantation owners (my wife anyway). Some of our Burmese labor’s 90 Day Report is the 9th of July, but we will be in Bangkok and not back until 12 July. Is the report window of 14 days before and 7 days after the same as other 90 days Reports.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90 Day Report for Burmese laborers holding a Labor Approved (LA) visa has a reporting window of 15 days before and 7 days after the due date. Therefore, in this case, it is crucial to ensure that the report is submitted within this timeframe, regardless of the owner's travel plans.
