ORIGINAL POSTER
Applied for my yearly extension of stay (over 50) a month ago. Supplied all the financial requirements and am now “under consideration” scheduled to get my stamp on Friday. This may still be uncharted waters, but will I need to provide a bank statement and updated bank books on Friday, or just go and get the stamp. I’m in Chumphon, from USA... If nobody knows, I will get the bank document and bring along my updated bank book and report back on my experience.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is awaiting their stamp for a yearly extension of stay under the over 50 category in Thailand and is uncertain if they need to provide additional financial documents such as a bank statement or updated bank book during the appointment. They plan to bring the documents just in case and will report back on their experience.
