TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their 90-day reporting requirement upon returning to Thailand after a vacation. They are currently on a retirement multi-entry extension of stay and will return after the due date of their 90-day report. Commenters indicate that upon re-entry, the 90-day report will be due 89 days after arriving back in Thailand, and that having a multi-entry visa eliminates concerns as long as they have fulfilled all necessary procedures before leaving.

if you have a retirement multi-entries, no problem

if it's a single entry, you've to ask a re-'entry permit at the immigration office BEFORE leaving (no date on it) and then, no problem also

Depending on the Immigration office where you are residing you have to report within 24 hours after return into Thailand, If you do that you will have no problems, or they confirm your address and your 90 days start again, or they tell you not needed come back date ../../.. for your report.

if you can go and back then no problem, 90 days report is restart when you come back

The best to be sure is to ask at the entrance in Thailand if you have to go the day after to the immigration offic or not (but I'm nearly sure the answer is not)
