I’m on a retirement extension of stay. If I leave Thailand before my 90 day Report and return 3 weeks after that date, do I just Report my address on my return and start the 90 day clock on my return with out any problems.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you leave Thailand before your 90-day reporting date and return after that date, you do not need to report your address until you return. When you re-enter Thailand, the 90-day reporting cycle will restart, and your next report will be due 89 days after your re-entry stamp. However, if you are staying in an area that requires a TM.30 form for reporting accommodations, make sure to file that within 24 hours of your return.

the way the 90 day reporting works is

IF you're in the country on the 90th day you are obligated to report

IF you leave the country BEFORE your 90th day when you stamp back into thailand the 90 day count down clock starts over and you report 89 days from the date you stamped back in

Robert answered already, I have to report...

will it also be ok if I leave on day 91 ( -15/+7) or will I be fined?

Those are two separate things entirely :O

IF you live in an area where the immigration office requires a TM.30 form to be filed within 24 hours of you getting back home, when you get back go to the immigration office

As far as a 90 day report your NEXT 90 day report will be due 89 days from the date you're stamped into the country (they count the day you enter as day 1)

Tod, Yea I got the TM30 part. Just not sure if reporting 3 weeks after my scheduled 90 Report was ok.

Yes you have to report if you stay IN Thailand 90 days if you not then not report it. If you live in Bangkok not report it as well, if you stay first night hotel let them report it
