Paul Turner I did the same for the 800k, I opened a separate account to hold that. Deposit and forget theory, and it makes it very simple for the bank to report, and immigration to check.

Kenny Gee but how do you plan to take the money out when the ATMs are on the other side of immigration? It states in cash.

William Hodgson you should be wishing you never used an agent in the first place. If you had the 800k baht, you should have used your own money all along. During your first year you transfer the 65k each month, as you suggested. Then it would have been a simple process to swap to the monthly income method on your first yearly extension, and do whatever you want with the original 800k.

Mike Dias if things go Pearson shaped, how will you access the building on her land. If she says you cannot enter her land you are stuffed without an ironclad lease.
