I will go to Thailand soon. That's a first. I'm going as a tourist for 60 days. Do I have to book a return ticket and show them upon arrival in Thailand. I will probably apply for 30 days about an extension. Thank you 🖐️

Hej.
Tack 🖐️
For those that applied for DTV in Vietnam is it better to:
• A) Just buy a one way plane ticket to Hanoi, then once visa is approved buy another one way back? (Sometimes at airports they wanna see ur return flight so that is my concern with this option)
• B) Buy a Return Flex ticket. So you can change your fly back date depending on when your visa is approved.
I would apply for a METV-Visa for 5-month stay in Thailand at the embassy in Vienna.
They want a return ticket. Is this the "final" Returnticket to Austria at the end or do I need also the tickets to other countries in advance, as it is necessary to leave Thailand every two month withbthis ticket...
What if I already bought a return ticket, and it's non-refundable? I plan to stay in Thailand for 60 days, which is why I bought a ticket for my 60th day in Thailand. However, I only have a 30-day free visa. My plan is to extend my stay for another 30 days at Thai immigration.
I am going to Thailand for 3 months. Should I have a return ticket anyway??? I think if I like to stay more or less than 3 months. It's my responsibility to have someone give me directions.
So I hope this is not too dumb a question. I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right
I’m a uk passport holder and plan to fly to Thailand for 28 days in January .
From what I read I’m covered by the visa exemption. Does this mean I can just get on a plane and enjoy my holiday without any paperwork. ( other than carrying my uk passport which has 5 yrs to run)
