Based on others experience in this group I would not expect approval in a week at least. Not saying there is no chance to get it sooner, but having unrealistic expectations leads to disappointment

I am pretty sure there is a chance they will rethink the whole idea about how DTV can be obtained with a few weeks training or cooking class in the nearest future cause it makes no sense as all as a long term visa

Starting point of DTV is bank confirmation that you earn enough and/or have enough in your bank, and purpose of your stay in spending money, you can’t get offline work. So you will have to switch visa if you get employed.
