Anyone who applied recently or just about to apply can kindly provide info on what are the ways of paying visa fee online apart from visa and mastercard? (interested in HCMC specifically but I assume it’s the same everywhere).

In Laos you actually have to rock up to the consulate to pay, for other consulates I'm not aware of any other way to pay other than via a card
