The elite visa is the best visa to get…20 years no minimum money in the bank, no minimum insurance, just 90 day reporting and once a year do an out/In if you choose or have the service renew your visa for you

I don’t see why not…it also helps against you not getting your COE (until 1 Nov) approved…but if you can hold out 13 more days then the COE turns into the Thai PASS which everyone has theories about but nobody knows how it will work…good luck

it’s the same way in the entire world…straight forward in court as long as 2 parties concur on it…if they disagree it takes forever…this is true in every country that has courts
