If parents are vaccinated, what are the rules for kids under 12 years to enter Thailand if they are unvaccinated?

Looks like things have simplified quite a bit. I guess for vaccinated and unvaccinated visitors need to show a PCR test upon arrival and that's pretty much it?
If you’re fully vaccinated are you required to get an atk test on arrival?
