I have had two full british passports for over 25 years now . Britain is one of the few that actually issues FULL second passports that are valid for 10 years. Many countries allow second passports but limit them to 1 or 2 years.

In my case they visited my house, while at the same time checking my neighbour's burmese maid. Simple 5 minutes, no problem, since then i have switched to retirement based on monthly pension as it is much easier.

Damn, I must be spoiled here in Samut Prakan, Turn up at 08:30, leave at 09:15 !!

Samut Prakan did use all three, but the only one that was available on the website is a broken link now. I don't think their website is being maintained 100% anymore. Last time I applied a couple of weeks ago, I had them all but they made me fill in the overstay again by hand (I had it printed on PDF).

They do say on their website that don't even call until 10 Working days have passed. 10 working days would be the 22nd. I had the same problem. They have a lot more people doing this now, first 3-4 times I did it, it took only 4-5 days. Now I always do it early enough, it is good for 3 months at immigration.

I think you mean 're-entry permit' !! If you have a retirement extension, you do not need a visa.

Just did my one year extension again today at Samut Prakan, no map needed, although they did make me fill in the forms again by hand rather than the ones I had already printed out in PDF with the replies done. They claimed the forms had changed, but I really could not see any difference.
