Hello, I hope someone in the group could answer my question. For those who applied for a DTV in Taipei, is the application form available online or is it only available at the embassy? Thank you.

Can anybody confirm these are the correct forms I use for TM.7 and TM.30.

I know they say TM.7 and TM.30 right on the heading. However when I print them out they look a little weird (the heading is missing). Last time I print from home and went to the immigration office, they made me redo the form.

If these are the right forms, what site do I download from?

Hi. Doing my retirement extension tomorrow. What is the form for multiple re-entry permit please?

These are the three forms they make you fill out at Chaengwattana Immigration office. I call them the "secret forms" because you can't down load them off their website.

I always print and fill them out before I send people to Chaengwattana because it goes faster that way when you're in front of the officer.
