You need medical certificate from hospital headed and stateing treatment and official stamp. That's what they asked from me appointment cards no good.

that shouldn't matter if put mod december for my entry and got it middel of September but they do say not apply before 3 months of traveling

The 6 month METV they used to ask to see think was 6k gbp. I used to show them 2 ba k acounts a savings and current and was always accepted. For my DTV I showed them my thia bank account and asked to see funds in my uk bank account. So if I was with you put it one download the statement then put back that's what I did

Anonymous participant you can try ypur luck and e mail the hospital see what they say but before they can write any medical report for ypu they for sure will have to see you first to diagnose you.

Anonymous participant no i got the letter direct and scanned it and sent but sure if ypu ask they will e mail you it they was going to e mail mine if it wasent ready before I left but I asked for in afternoon was done by the doctor same afternoon. But they will not give you a medical certificate without first seeing you or a letter or something from your uk Dr.
