Anonymous participant you can try ypur luck and e mail the hospital see what they say but before they can write any medical report for ypu they for sure will have to see you first to diagnose you.

Anonymous participant no i got the letter direct and scanned it and sent but sure if ypu ask they will e mail you it they was going to e mail mine if it wasent ready before I left but I asked for in afternoon was done by the doctor same afternoon. But they will not give you a medical certificate without first seeing you or a letter or something from your uk Dr.

I got mine through diffrent dental appointments over a 6 month period. At first I sent them 3 appointment cards but asked for a singed stamped letter.

They writ me a medical certificate stating treatment and hospital stamp and signed

Example my freind went to get extension and said need the TM30 he called his landlord and they charged them 2500 he paid it and got it back off landlord then each year now he gets a letter off landlord for a year because he's in and out and saves them bother of registration each time

so if you do it as soft power as medical and your treatment is funshed then you won't get a extension but if you leave the country and come back in with zero paperwork as it's a 5 year 180 day METV 🤔
