Is the 60-day COVID extension visa still being issued in Thailand, and can I get one if I've been on a tourist visa since December?
Are they still issuing the 60 covid extesion visa? Would I get one from been on a TR since December?
Answer summary
The discussion revolves around the status of the 60-day COVID extension visa in Thailand, particularly in relation to individuals staying on a tourist visa since December. It was noted that the extension was valid until January 29th, and uncertainty looms about future options post that date.

Until January 29th. After that date no one knows what your options will be.

best to ask your immigration office. They may well grant you a 60 day Covid extension (on or before January 29th) and then you could use your “real” extension later - but it’s really up to the office you use.Paulie ********

seems like it depends where you are, some are giving the 60 day Covid extension whereas others are sticking to 30 days.Paulie ********
