TLDR : Answer Summary
The original inquiry seeks the UK Thai Embassy's contact number for DTV visa requirements. Responses suggest that contacting the embassy directly can be challenging, with some recommending email as a more effective means of communication. Various commenters emphasize that inquiries should be directed to the Thai Embassy in the UK when applying for visas, even if the applicant is a UK citizen.

@Stephen *******
because I'm a UK citizen and that's where I should apply no? As each country has diffrent requirements yey or ney?
John *******
@Paulie *******
- You apply via the embassy where you are physically present. So regardless of citizenship, if you are in the UK, you would apply via the Thai embassy in the UK. If on vacation (or living in Japan), you would apply via the Thai embassy in Japan.

@John ******
have you had any luck getting a DTV visa from the Thai Embassy in Japan as non Japanese national/resident? Was actually thinking of doing it from there

It is very hard to get ahold of consular staff. Better off asking your questions here.

seem to get tin pot answers here tho there's them that know and them that think they no so difficult to calculate the truth.

@Paulie *******
- True, but doubt you will get anything concrete from the embassy either. It does seem that embassies have been working with people who require additional documents, etc., so if you submit and they want more details, they will probably inform you (and not outright reject).
Paul *******
They reply to emails pretty quickly
Tim ********
Probably. Google it.
