Last month, I rented a house as a tourist on a one year lease because it was close to the hospital which i get treatment from. next month, I'm going to apply for a DTV soft power category. I know that I don't have to submit my house lease contract with other application papers, but I want to show the embassy that I really will get treatment from the hospital and i have enough funds for DTV (i just want to make sure that i get dtv. I'm hearing a lot of rejections lately). So I thought, maybe showing them the lease papers may make things easier for me to get a visa. My question is, is it illegal to sign a one year lease contract while holding a 60-day visa on arrival stamp in Thailand? if I submit these papers to the Embassy for DTV application, will I get rejected?
