If the issuing Embassy won’t cancel it you are stuck with it. Why on earth would you try to apply for a DTV when you already have a good visa. I’m going to me next big Chang and think about it 🍺🍺🍺

Yes but only if you've been to the clinic , got a detailed treatment plan for at least 6 months. You would probably be given a single entry tourist visa instead for simple treatment.
