ok. Become a landlord! . Let me know in 12 months time if you made at least 5% return - net, after condo fees, maintenance, resolving tenant issues etc. And capital appreciation/depreciation when you sell

I had it sent to a uk address but the first use was here. Maybe they changed the process now. I think I paid £10 which seems to last for ever. They remind me to use it for an outgoing sms every 6 months to keep it active! Otherwise only incoming sms from banks etc.
