Hey guys, I’m online trying to figure out how to fill out this M30 form. It keeps telling me data not found. I’ve lived here for 2 years now. Any suggestions or examples ?

Well, i muddled my way through it. Took several attempts but finally managed it.

When searching try just entering address and date. Works for me. Even when more data is 100% correct it says not found. Crazy I know

Be careful with the auto-fill for some data, it can be wrong
