Ask at your condo office. They will know which office you visit to pay

correct. Often they get their condo office to do it (as with hotels ) or visit imm.

It is not unusual for the owner to file the initial tm30 free, then to charge a small admin fee for subsequent tm30-which the tenant could file for themselves

Worst case your next 90 day may be rejected if you have stayed elsewhere and they filed tm30. Then you refile to get your 90 day done
