viewing the signature is available but not changeable at any branch. Thr signature is available from your pass book with a special light.

i explained. My Phone numerber did not match so I could not setup the app on my new phone. I had to go to the bank and have a picture taken (new) the my phone number didn't match. Could not change the number because my signature didn't match. Signature was only needed to change my number.

that's not it. Nothing to do with a pin. Problem is my phone number does not match in there database. Not a loging in issue. It is a setup issue.
