Follow up on my post about the new procedures for signing up for the BBL mobile app.
I have very poor eyesight. When I am asked to do the photo verification I am told to remove my glasses. During the photo verification I will get a green ring but it goes away. I cannot see what it is asking me so I don't see the error
Is there any suggestions.
