TLDR : Answer Summary
The 'Date of Thailand Arrival' on the TM47 form refers to the most recent date you entered Thailand. This is typically your last arrival stamp date, not the date of your initial entry or any previous visas. Make sure to use the latest date of your entry into the country for accurate reporting.

That’s odd as I have always used my initial entry into Thailand and they get approved all but 1 time and that denial was because of the system update.

no, arrival card. Dated of January 16th. And the immigration officer recommended 2 weeks ago, that I have to keep it in my passport.

They are asking about your last entry into Thailand. What is so hard to understand about that?!?

I am only responsible for what I write, not for what some random person interprets from it.

It's always the latest date you entered the country. Always
