TLDR : Answer Summary
The Fast Track service for seniors 70+ at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is located between the two main immigration checkpoints. Travelers should keep walking past the main immigration line, and it will be a little further along on the right side. Look for signs indicating the direction, or ask an airport officer for assistance. Some airlines also provide help with accessing this service.
As you go up the ramp to Immigration, keep to your right and there is usually an officer who will ask and direct you to the seniors IO desk, you’ll clear in a couple of minutes

Your airline can also sort out assistance. I use that. .
It's between the 2 main immigration checkpoints. When you're going to immigration from your flight and you see where everyone is going, keep walking past that and it'll be a little further.
The one between the two main checkpoints (and next to Visa on Arrival) is no longer being used for 70+ and First/Business Class - those categories now go to the right side of the regular immigration areas, following signs that say something like "Thai Passport & Priority".
