What is the status of Cambodians visiting Thailand by air? Before the "troubles" it was that a Cambodian would automatically get a 2 week visa free. I had heard that had been reduced to 1 week but I cannot confirm that. My friend just went to Thailand for a medical visit and got 4 days. The Thai embassy in Cambodia is non responsive.

 since it was for medical checkup of 3 days it would make sense that she was given 3 days. I will look at her stamp when she gets back

My girl has a work permit but in Cambodia they told us at the airport she might not get in but the IO only asked if she was still working and she stamped her in

 similar situation for a work colleague who just returned from going home to see family. He was told might not be let in, was asked by IO at BKK if he was still working and had to show proof.
