Get Ais card at airport when you land , very easy , will put sim in your phone for you , just after you pick your bags up , loads of different ones but I find Ais best service , get tourist sim first , month about 500 baht , then when you get your bearings change to Thai , easy

in baht , about 500 pounds , onward travel or return ticket, . I have never been asked , I think it’s a reason they would use to stop someone who looks very poor , it’s absolutely easy at moment , takes you longer to que than get stamped in , oh and covid19 vaccinations certificate , but your airline won’t let you on without it , so Thai immigration don’t bother but best to have all 3 , I’ve travelled in twice in last few months on visa excempt no problems

Brandon gave you perfect advice , I had to show proof of vaccinations etc before Qatar let me on flight but they have records of my return , came here last month with same thing with Klm , they won’t let you on flight because they have to get you back , had all my stuff together , insurance , covid19, return flight details , ., absolutely no problem at immigration , twice in last month I’ve entered on visa except , no problem , but everyone wearing masks , maybe change Friday . Well I’m back in khon kaen now , seriously no problem
