I had a great time chilling on the beach, watching the fireworks in Pattaya. Did Patong, Phuket one year, way way too many people, in too small a space.

Book a room (well in advance) on a club floor at the Sheraton Royal Orchid Hotel, which is located right on the river in Bangkok across from Icon Siam. Every room faces the river so you’ll get an amazing view of the fireworks.

NYE in Pattaya is basically the same as every other day in Pattaya except there’s 10 times more people everywhere and gridlock traffic.Charlie *********

Yeah if you like the atmosphere of a huge crowd it’ll have that for sure.
Although this year will probably be a lot less hectic. Fewer people and more clubs than ever to house people.
Once things get back to pre Covid levels you’ll have to be sure to book a VIP sofa somewhere if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a crowded sky train car all night lol

It's a no brainer. Chao Phraya river cruise. At midnight you get to see the Icon Siam fireworks in one direction and the Asiatique fireworks in the other. Totally brilliant. Plenty to choose from but book early
