With Krung Thai I have this problem of a summary balance if I leave it too long since the last update. On my online banking I print the full detail of the range summarised and take that along with my passbook. So far this has been acceptable by my IO.

I took your advice and re-arranged my driver from Friday 31 to Monday 3rd, which is in the 'early' window for 90 day reporting. I should be able to do the stamp transfer followed by a TM47 report in person which will have the new passport number on. Hope this is enough for it to work next time around and avoid another 320Km round trip to my immigration office.

If your wife is also your landlord all good but in the past they have insisted on the landlord being present.

I filed yet another tm30 last week at Kanchanaburi. Advice as above correct re paperwork. They are quite relaxed about the 24 hour deadline but not so relaxed about filing, they require it for trips outside Kanchanaburi province. Even if you don’t make it before they close I think you’d be fine next morning. Note tm30 is not done in main office but in a small building down past the main entry on the left hand side.

I don't recall exactly but pretty sure it was much longer than 21 days. At the time you commented it was unusually long.

I can confirm I entered around 3 years ago on a SETV and extended; After 60 days I converted in-country at Kanchanaburi for a 90 day non imm O based on being over 50, which I then extended for a year, and continue to do so. This was advice from Todd and turned out to be the best option for me..
