How can I complete my 90-day report online before the deadline in Thailand?

Hi am attempting to do my 90 day report online, but without success - it's due on the 25th April so by my reckoning today is 14 days before - have I got that correct?

My last 3 reports were done online so I know it works for me so far. I did a TM30 on 28 Jan on return from Cambodia, and received the new date on the card. Is it possible I may have to do a personal appearance after Songkran to reset the system?

Maybe wishful thinking trying to get it done so close to Songkaran?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is attempting to file their 90-day report online, but is facing difficulties. They inquire if their timing is correct for filing, noting that their last reports were successful online. They've completed a TM30 form recently and wonder if a personal appearance may be required after Songkran to resolve any issues. A comment clarifies that the user is currently too early to submit the report, as it should be filed between 15 and 7 days prior to the 90-day deadline.

If I calculate as day 28 Jan as day 1, the 90th day will be 27 April. With the system allows you to apply between 15 and 7 days before due date you are to early.

@Robert ******
you were 100% correct the 90 day date calculation by the IO was 2 days out. I now have an online 'pending' 90 day status which will no doubt stay pending till after the holiday. Thanks again. Have a dry Songkran.

Thanks Robert I think your original comment is the answer, I will try again in 2 days.

I guess he miscalculated a few days, see if it works during the weekend, computers do not celebrate water festivals. If it still does not work, it will be a trip to the office.

My Immigration Office requires a TM30 on return from abroad. I went to the office and did this, and while I was there they gave me the new card. Photos coming

TM30 is an address registration and has nothing to do that you are inside Thailand for a period of 90 days.

Wait a minute. The card in your passport is dated 28 Jan and the IO has written on it, what kind of cards do you have in your passport? You must have a stamp in your passport with your arrival date and an Admitted to Stay date, what are those mentioned dates?

I returned from abroad on 28 Jan so needed to do a TM30 which resets the 90 day date.

Is it usual for Immigration to write the 90 day reporting date on entry into Thailand? Or is that date from your previous report?

Thanks Robert the card in my passport is dated 28 Jan and the due date says 25th April so it looks like the IO has written the card wrong, but maybe it's correct in the system. I will try in 2 days. Well spotted sir! I wouldn't expect it to be approved over the holiday anyway.
