Will I incur fines for my 90-day report if I'm away during the due date?

Just looking for confirmation ...........

I just did my 90 day report online and had it approved. The next due date is now 31 May. I leave Thailand for a holiday back home to the UK on 21 May, returning 5 June, so my next 90 day due date is while I am away.

When I return I will go file a new TM30 with my new TM6 landing card. I will also be returning on a new passport.

I assume they will then give me a new date for 90 days, and that no fines will be involved, and they will transfer my non imm O extension of stay into my new passport?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user confirmed their 90-day report was approved, but they seek clarification about the due date coinciding with their travel. Commenters clarified that the next 90-day reporting date is based on the number of days spent in Thailand and suggested that the user will have to report in person upon return.

NO, Immigration is not going to give you new dates, we all have calendars, computers, mobile phones, calculators, pen and paper to manage yourself.

Day of arrival is day one and you count each and every day and you can report when you are 75 days in the country until you are 97 days in the country at your local Immigration office.
