Went to Kanchanaburi Imm office Wednesday to renew my one year extension of stay based on retirement. Took every paper I could think of; also applied for multi entry re-entry permit and did my 90 day report while there in person. In and out with all 3 completed in 30 minutes.
The only query - was asked if i'd done all my 90 day reports. The first one was done in person and since then I have used the online system (saves me a 5 hour round trip). I was asked to show the 'approved' paper and the printed 'next report' slips and fortunately I had them all with me. The IO spotted that she in fact was the person who approved my online applications and just completed the application herself.
Finally just to say this office has actively been promoting the use of the online 90 day reporting system. For info I use Safari on a MacBook with no issues.
