they can define it what they want. 6 months isnt a tourist i know non o-a holders who stay 6 six months but arent defined as a tourists.

dtv holders arent tourists. Many ppl live there with dtv bc they dont have other visa options. staying 6 months isnt a tourist and many ppl with retirement visas stay there just as long. So no understanding from me for this policy. Seems that some ppl r enjoying that dtv visa holders cannot have bank account
