 again missed my point. Those r not suitable for everybody. Retirement visa o is just 3 months, still they r not defined as tourists.

 they just cross the border and go back. They live there but bc of their age they dont have other options.

 u just dont get my point. They can define its a tourist visa but person who lives there 6 months up isnt a tourist
