You should be able to buy a multi entry reentry permit. Not sure how long it’s good for though.

I don’t see the word ‘live’ in that picture. lol. Pretty self explanatory.

Coming from a country overrun with illegal immigration I have to say I don’t feel bad for the guy. He said many times he lived in Thailand, beyond the Ed visa and such. So it was only a matter of time. As the OP claims to be financially secure why not just buy the Elite Visa and be done with it?

But he has to do a 90 day report if he’s in country for 90 days consecutively without exiting/reentering.

Depending on your interpretation you’re using one passport, your current and valid passport. You’re carrying around your old passport, not valid for travel, because it has your current visa in it. So you need both to enter Thailand using that visa but no one in another country cares about your old expired passport.

Am I following this correctly or did I drop into the middle of a maelstrom? Did Robert Lagas, Thai Visa God, get denied a visa to enter Thailand? I have to follow this!

How likely is it they’ll ask? 0.001%. If your mom looks destitute I’m sure the chances go up. First visit, 11 days, hotel and exit flight. Want to feel better then bring 620 bucks, close enough. Relax.

From another thread, you can do the 90 day report 15 days before till 7 days after the due date. I do not know if an initial report was required or if the information on your arrival card was sufficient. I’m waiting on one of the guru’s to respond so I will learn myself.

There really isn’t enough information in your question to provide an adequate answer. Does your current residence match the information on your arrival card? Has your address changed? From one province to another? What province are you in now? Are you asking about the 90-day reporting or... what?

If your current income meets the monthly financial requirement to obtain the O-A visa I don’t think you’ll have a problem. The rental income has nothing to do with it because you will have obtained your visa based on your current salary, not your future rental income. Nowhere on the application does it ask how much you’ll earn in the future. Now, once you want to renew your visa, in the future, who knows what the requirements will be as they are not allowing the embassies to provide income verification letters as of next month I believe. Tod is more knowledgeable on this.
