Hello. Can someone remind me what documents are needed to obtain an extension of stay on a non-o retirement visa in Udon Thani? I looked in the topics and files section and didn’t see anything but I might’ve missed it.

Thanks

post in an isaan related f/b group or an Udon group and you'll get better answers. BUT nothing beats slogging over there on your own BEFORE you need to get the extension and finding out what might have changed. It sure is better than getting there, missing a document and having to try it again and again.

Are you applying on the 800k in the bank gig, or the 65k/month system?

800k, been there forever. I know every office does things their own way but there are generally ‘common’ documents. For some reason I don’t have the list saved anywhere. Or at least I can’t find it.

Scott Cassio. When I did mine in January at CW, I had letter from the bank (which I believe can be no more than two days old), bank book updated that day at CW, TM30, last 90-day report, passport & TM6 of course, and copies of all the above. I don't know if the 90 dayer and TM30 are required but they kept the copies anyway. I always feel if you give them everything there's nothing else they can ask for. I also took my woman with me to do the talking.

Hey thanks. I’ll gather up those documents and get them ready.

Since many offices have slightly different requirements, check with your local office for the recent handout.

spot on. Chaeng Wattana and Samut Prakan not the same. I've done 2 at one office and 3 at the other.
