TLDR : Answer Summary
After arriving in Thailand on November 20th on a 12-month OA retirement visa, you must report to immigration for your 90-day report by February 17th. You can submit this report from February 3rd (15 days prior) until February 24th (7 days after). It's essential to ensure that your residence information matches what is on your arrival card and to report to immigration as soon as possible.

Okay, your 90 day due date is Feb 17th <- that's 89 days from the date you entered the country (Nov 20th). You can apply from 15 days before down until 7 days after so any time from 3rd of Feb to the 24th of Feb without any problem.

And on that note we're done.

90 days +- 7 days.

Incorrect, 15 days before and 7 days after for a 90 day report

Example - Krabi Immigration is NOT hard core about a lot of things but they do expect people to report just after they arrive in Thailand for Visas such as the non Imm O-A.. My neighbor is on an O-A visa and I went with her.. They explained the local policy - put her details in the computer system and gave her a slip of paper with her 90 day report date.. Nothing punative just matter of fact and the I/O was very professional about it

calculated correctly 17.Feb.2019. As Chiang Mai ist hard core about TM30 ( reporting address within 24 hours after arrival ) make sure that your landlord has done this and get a confirmation.

Thank you for that helpful information Joe, I was told that the apartment I am staying at did the initial report but I will check that this has been done if it hasn't I will have to do it and pay any fine that has occurred.

And up here in Sakon Nakhon , they don't care, lol. So many differences.

Depending on where you reside in Thailand and the Immigration office you report to - consider this... you may be required to report to Immigration within 24 hours of your arrival in Thailand. Also the best thing to do is report to Thai Immigration asap anyway.. They will register you as being here, they may substantiate your address here and set your 90 day report date (which should be 90 days from the date of your arrival in Thailand - when you were stamped in

Feb 17 would be your next 90 day report date
Greg *******
I would suggest 90 days for a 90day report
Richard *******
arrival day counts as day one, so you would count 89 days after that, and you can do it up to 15 days before or 7 days after (calender days not working days).

There really isn’t enough information in your question to provide an adequate answer. Does your current residence match the information on your arrival card? Has your address changed? From one province to another? What province are you in now? Are you asking about the 90-day reporting or... what?

@Barry ******
From another thread, you can do the 90 day report 15 days before till 7 days after the due date. I do not know if an initial report was required or if the information on your arrival card was sufficient. I’m waiting on one of the guru’s to respond so I will learn myself.
