There really isn’t enough information in your question to provide an adequate answer. Does your current residence match the information on your arrival card? Has your address changed? From one province to another? What province are you in now? Are you asking about the 90-day reporting or... what?
If your current income meets the monthly financial requirement to obtain the O-A visa I don’t think you’ll have a problem. The rental income has nothing to do with it because you will have obtained your visa based on your current salary, not your future rental income. Nowhere on the application does it ask how much you’ll earn in the future. Now, once you want to renew your visa, in the future, who knows what the requirements will be as they are not allowing the embassies to provide income verification letters as of next month I believe. Tod is more knowledgeable on this.
While actually using the search function for this forum I discovered that a TM.28 is a change of address form I believe. So if I file the TM.30 in Bangkok would I then need to file a TM.28 in Chiang Mai?
Quite the friend to go to immigration for you while you lounge around with a suitable cocktail! I’ll probably take my friend with me when I go to immigration in BKK (the city, not the airport.
I know, that’s what makes Thailand so crazy... and fun! But you’ve already met the financial requirement for the visa. If they ask to see 20k baht every time you come back you don’t really have an O-A visa. A stretch, even for Thailand me thinks.
