I do not usually travel! Been so long. It is just a requirement from immigration - but they do not always ask for it.

Yes I have heard 3 hours before a domestic flight. On the Air Asia ticket print out they mention 'pre-check in'. I have not traveled in a while so I just thought that you used those machines at the airport near your flight station to get a printed boarding ticket? Maybe these do not exist anymore?
