Announcement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Re: Prohibiting aircraft temporarily flying into Thailand (Issue 2)
As announced by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on a temporary ban on flying into Thailand, announced on April 3, 2020, to prevent the coronary epidemic from becoming more severe (COVID 19). And to support the resolution of the above emergency situation to end immediately
With reasons and the need to maintain the continuity of the said measures for the effectiveness of disease prevention and control. By virtue of Section 27 and Section 28 of the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497, the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand has issued the following orders
1. Prohibited passenger aircraft to fly into the airport in Thailand temporarily from April 7, 2020 at 00.01 hrs. Until April 18, 2020 at 23.59 hrs.
2. Aviation permits issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand to passenger transport aircraft For flying into Thailand during the period under 1. shall be canceled.
3. The prohibition under 1. Does not include the following aircraft
(1) State or Military aircraft
(2) Emergency landing aircraft
(3) Aircraft landing on a technical landing without passengers leaving the plane
(4) Aircraft flying for humanitarian assistance Do medical flight Or the transportation of goods to help victims of the coronary virus infection 2019 (COVID 19) (Humanitarian aid, medical and relief flights).
(5) Aircraft authorized to fly to send people back to their domicile (Repatriation)
(6) Cargo aircraft
4. Passengers on board the aircraft departing from the origin airport before this notification comes into force shall be governed by the law on communicable diseases and regulations issued under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on 2005 state of emergency, requiring 14 days of detention
This is now or until further notice.

Hello, following up some crappy labor issues: i couldnt cancel my visa extension and pay the overstay fine at chaengwattana, im leaving tomorrow via air, how is the process to pay for overstay at the airport? Is it the same at suvarnabhumi and at don mueang?
