If applying online then you would need to be in the country you are applying to.

 We were referring to bangkok, pattaya was not mentioned in the original post.

These types of services are cheaper in pattaya, and sometimes can even be done on your own by simply purchasing a small insurance package through the bank.

It is highly unlikely that a 30 day extension based on a tourist visa will be rejected (even if you have been here longer than 180 days).

Rejections usually happen at the point of entry.

 This is partially inaccurate.

If your visa was initially applied for in a different province than where you wish to submit your extension, simply submit a TM30 form or apply in the province where you originally obtained your retirement visa extension.

 If you’ve previously been denied entry, it’s crucial that our team is made aware in advance, as it can significantly affect the process if all parties are not aware of the history.

Using our pre-screening services is always the better approach if you’re aware of any issues with your entry history, rather than risking a denial upfront.

 As long as you use a waterproof envelope, and services like EMS with signature on delivery it is relatively safe.

Last time we had a issue was years ago, and it was due to the client not properly taping the envelope. Luckily we were able to recover the passport as it was on the floor of the truck.
