Thank you to everyone who has trusted our TDAC platform.

In the past 35 days, we’ve assisted over 50,000+ travelers with their TDAC submissions, with 97 percent of cases handled completely FREE OF CHARGE.

Our mission for this project was to provide a simple, user-friendly experience and serve as a reliable backup whenever the official government system experiences issues.

We also offer 24/7 support for anyone who needs assistance. That said, 99.5 percent of users completed their submissions without any help. In rare edge cases, some travelers may be unable to proceed due to their individual circumstances, and our team is ready to assist when needed.

To clarify, our service is free to use, just like the official government form, and processing times are the same. The only time a small $8 fee applies is if you choose to submit your application early ( something the government system does not allow).

Answer summary

The TDAC platform successfully assisted over 50,000 travelers in the past 35 days, offering a user-friendly experience and free submissions for 97% of cases. The platform acts as a reliable alternative when the official government system fails, and they provide 24/7 support. While most users complete submissions independently, a small fee of $8 may apply for early applications. The TDAC process allows submissions up to one year in advance.

Let’s see you can put in the TDAC up to 72 hours or 3 days early

What is the timeline you’re pitching for putting it in early…1 week? 1 month? 1 year? 1 decade?

I’m curious

@Jeremy *******

Can be up to 1 year 😄.

The way it works is the first minute the system will allow submission for your case it's issued to you (midnight thailand time).

Fewer, around 2 million, and as we’ve mentioned, over 97% of users used our platform completely free of charge.

The only time a fee applies is when someone chooses to submit earlier than 72 hours or orders something like an eSIM, which can be especially helpful for large groups or travelers with complex itineraries.

Some users also face language barriers. The official system supports only 5 languages, while ours supports 76.

We see clear spikes in usage whenever the official system goes down or has issues, so it’s important for travelers to have reliable alternatives.

You can visit our About page to see the benefits of using our free portal, including resumable forms, full editing and resubmission, and individual TDACs for group submissions.
