Companies offering this as a paid service are going to find themselves in a lot of legal bother. Depending on travel history in the weeks before travel, travellers may be asked to complete a form on symptoms. Not only is this completely worthless if the form is filled in a month or more before travel, I doubt any of these firms are even legally allowed to process and secure someone's medical history. Currently if you have traveled to a country on the Yellow Fever list, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire on symptoms experienced, such as a sore throat, runny nose, a cough. The Thai government can change the country criteria at any time they like. Currently, this includes Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Trinidad, Venezuela, hardly obscure countries. If the company offering the service fills this information in themselves, they are committing fraud. So.is the traveller, because the traveller is supposed to be telling this to the Thai government not a third party. In addition, many people will have unplanned travel, such as for work, which might not be captured if they fill out a form weeks in advance. Those charging for the service are exploiting fear and ignorance, and making hay. And just like those companies trying to exploit immigration loopholes, this will eventually ruin it for others. The form is very easy, takes less than 2 minutes.

So you are specifically reminding all your customers that they MUST contact you if any declared circumstances change during the 72 hours prior to arrival. And you don't charge for amendments. And you acknowledge it is impossible to predict illness. Additionally, you certify that your servers and other systems will delete all personal data, including medical data, after submission of the TDAC data, including emails sent by by the Thai authorities in relation to the TDAC submission. GDPR and PIPL both contain specific requirements concerning health records, which includes vaccination records. Individuals submitting data to a government organisation creates one set of restrictions..it's a different matter concerning 3rd party unofficial organisations.THAI ******************************

Meeting point depends on the airport, and flight.You will be contacted with details about the meeting point and asked to send a photo of yourself in the clothes you'll be wearing, so you can be easily recognized.

Your post is completely misleading. We are not in any kind of trouble. Not to mention the main point of this post was related to FastTrack services.Our TDAC service has been reviewed by multiple government agencies and is fully compliant with all applicable regulations. Travelers explicitly authorize us to submit on their behalf, and everything is handled with transparency.
Please avoid making assumptions or spreading false information. Our form includes the same declaration section as the official version, and travelers are clearly informed that they must keep their health status updated. Updates can be made right up to the day of travel if needed.

It's not a scam. You can either submit through the official website within 3 days of arrival, or if you use this website and submit your TDAC it's within 3 days of arrival it's also free. But if you wanted to submit your TDAC even earlier than that, you can use this service and pay them a small fee and they will submit your TDAC for you when it's possible for the time you will travel. Basically paying for a service that the official website does not offer. Pay for convenience.THAI ******************************

You will see that option after you complete the first page of the TDAC.Once submitted there will be a follow up step related to the Fast Track services, and our team will reach out to confirm additional details if necessary.
Also if you decide to use our services multiple times you can reuse your previous TDAC by logging in, and copying the previous TDAC.

This is for our FastTrack, and Pre-Screen which also includes early TDAC submission.Meaning if you plan to fly in/out of the country you can submit your details many days in advance, and arrange FastTrack service in one go.
The early submission service normally is charged at 272 THB (but is included in this case for free).
