We offer services all around Thailand, but the process is longer if not in Bangkok.For yearly extensions it can be 3-5 days, and for non-immigration it can be 3-5 weeks depending on the visa. These turnaround timeframes do not impact your visa expiration date as the visa would be under consideration, and you cannot be under overstay while this is happening.
But for our Bangkok Express service it is all done same-day.

The translation we see is commenting on why should you care about a refund if the visa is late.We are responding saying that for this service we know the same day if it is possible, or not. Which is why we offer a full refund if we are unable to complete the visa extension.
The reason why we need to mention this is that some agents will not return payment, or hold passport, and play delay tactics. This is why we need to mention timelines, and refund policies.
All payments for our services are done in the form of a fully refundable deposit, and contract. If we do not complete our job we are bound by that agreement to fully refund the client. This has been our payment process for the past 7 years to ensure transparency.
