How can I submit my TDAC application if the official website is down?

The official TDAC website has been experiencing issues today.

We want to remind everyone that you can also submit your TDAC through our agent portal (originally for travel agents, and tour guides):

[members only]

It’s completely free if your arrival is within 72 hours. If you need to apply earlier than 72 hours, there’s a small $8 fee, and we’ll handle the submission on your behalf at the right time.

Our system lets you save and resume drafts over several days. If there’s ever a problem with the official TDAC system when you submit, we’ll queue your application and make sure it gets approved as soon as possible.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The official TDAC website is currently experiencing issues, but submissions can still be made through an alternative agent portal. Submitting the TDAC is free if done within 72 hours of arrival, while submitting earlier incurs a small fee of $8. Users can also save and resume their applications. Comments indicate mixed feelings about the fee, with some viewing it as a convenience while others highlight the option to submit for free directly on the official site or at the airport.

Don’t fall for it folks. It’s free online, and you can also do it at the airport when you land if you have problems before you leave your home country. It’s a scam

We do not charge any fee for TDAC submissions.

However, if you wish to submit your application weeks or months in advance, and have our team automatically process it the moment it becomes eligible, we offer that convenience for a flat $8 fee. (which could be useful, especially if there are issues)

For submissions made within the standard 72-hour window before arrival, our service is completely free.

This announcement was created to assist travelers currently facing issues with the official system during the 72-hour window. Anyone using our portal during that period will not be charged.

Please do not compare our legitimate service to known scam sites such as "tdac.info".

There are actually a few valid reasons people choose to submit early:

1) Time and convenience – Some travelers are busy or coordinating group trips, and prefer to get it done in advance so it’s one less thing to worry about right before departure.

2) System issues – Just like we've seen recently, the official site can go down or have problems. Submitting early avoids last-minute stress or delays at the airport.

3) Group submissions – Our system was originally built for tour guides and agents handling large groups. The official site limits you to 10 people per submission and kicks you out if there's a hiccup. Ours handles 100+ in one go, and lets you download everything in one click.

4) Support – We offer dedicated help in case something goes wrong, and many travelers appreciate that peace of mind.

So no, it's not about "dimwits" – it’s about options, flexibility, and avoiding headaches.

It’s a no it’s an online form but a lot of people don’t want to fill it out themselves. It’s like me when I go to Vietnam. I just have somebody else do it for me and I pay the fees just convenience and then I’m glad that they’re offering it as a convenienceespecially only for eight dollars

Yes, we originally built this portal for travel agents and tour guides who regularly need to submit groups of 20 or more travelers.

The official system currently limits submissions to 10 at a time, and if there's any server issue during the process, you're forced to start over from scratch.

Our system avoids that frustration entirely. You can submit up to 100 travelers in a single go, with no risk of losing your progress.

@everyone Reminder this is FREE if you submit within 72 hours of your arrival date. But you technically can just fill it out, and wait a week to submit for FREE as well because the form will not clear.
