I applied in Taipei and like other folks on this page I DON'T recommend to apply there. They are EXTREMELY strict with the documentation and even tho it isn't mandatory to season the money in bank for a few months, they will ask to check the bank transactions for

months (I got asked to show that for the 4 months previous my application). They also make no difference between soft power route or work action. They want to see u got a job and they wanna see you have steady incomes that can support yourself. Despite of having a very strong application, I still got interviewed (after a week) and it wasn't easy. I got asked a lot of questions about my work, my incomes and how long I'd like to live there. They went into details of my previous trip with very detailed questions. And that was several months ago, I believe they all got much stricter since the new law

I have a friend who got the visa cancelled because he wrote down his middle name in the wrong section. Anyways, my friend mailed the embassy which explained the issue and gave advice on how to make the new application was goin according to their form. My advice is also to email them and figure out which mistakes you did. Please remind to be polite and I'd suggest to ask chatgpt to help you to write down a proper email (no offense but your English has a lot of mistakes which might lead to misunderstandings)

We don't want to be sour but we don't work here so you either use the function lens and check for that issue which has been discussed several times and got answered properly or you hire an agent who can spend his time and knowledge to do that. Peace ✌️

One of the rules of the dtv is that you MUST stay in the country you apply till the end of the process. We know that a lot of people have done otherwise and got 0 issues but we also know that till the other day extensions were granted 99.9% of the times. If the immigration does its job, your visa can still get revoked cuz u have broken the rules, I know it has never happened but it's listed as option and seeing how strict they have become this last couple of days, I'd pray that everything goes ok. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes

I don't want to be pessimistic but I believe your visa application is gonna get denied cuz you have a valid visa at the moment. you better cross your finger and hope for the best.

AuthenticCarrot4236 give them some weeks and then apply at another embassy, perhaps laos or indonesia

Well, I am pretty sure that your application was already weak at first cuz they have requested A LOT of documents. That raised them a few red flags. The way you put them pressure on has made things worse, you wanted an immediate reply and they gave what you asked for. By the way, it has been said dozen of time that embassies want to see the money in your bank account.

not taiwan for sure, it's one of the strictest embassies especially when it comes to soft powers

I believe that things would have been much easier if you had chosen a muay thai or a cooking class. Technically you are not a remote worker, nor a freelancer. There's nothing u can do now, just wait and hope that the embassy accept your application even tho I see it difficult
