d, if I understood l it correctly there IS still 400k requirement (but without 2 month seasoning) before 90 day non o marriage visa application?

I didn’t know it is only valid for a month. I’m required to get the certificate of residence to get the drivers license.

thank you šŸ™šŸ» very clear response, appreciate it. Thankfully the bank letter sample doesn’t show source of fund. Hopefully ā€œa local transferā€ of 400k cooking for 2 months before applying won’t be an issue. Thank you
