I need to apply for a certificate of residence at CW and I’m also planning on submitting my 90 day report on the same day. I just applied for the DTV visa and I'm waiting for the consolate to release the passports. I'm planning to buy a car in Thailand, but what I'm reading online is that I will need a thai Residence certificate for the paperwork.
