Another new vaccination registration site opened at 11:00 AM, Sunday August 1...

On offer are 150,000 doses of Pfizer.  This offer is NOT open to anyone who has received one or more vaccine jabs already.

They are having the expected and inevitable pains with the new website.  Many are getting "email already in use" errors.  Some suggest that hitting the refresh button when that happens works.  It's a very rocky experience.

Yes, well we should know the drill by now. Initially, the site is usually overwhelmed and becomes unavailable. Some people are getting in. There was a data leak early on which was fixed at about 11:40 AM. The usual rocky start. If it's down for you now, try checking it later.

UPDATE: Despite only getting errors when trying, i just got an email to finish my registration and was able to do so, so it seems they receive your email adress despite the error messages

Yes, other people have reported the same. For some reason a long delay on getting confirmation emails. Possibly why the refresh button trick when getting the email already in use error message worked.

thanks. Unfortunatelly after trying different emails, each of them now only results in «email is already in use» despite not being able to register with them. Just tried to make another email now, lead to same result. Similar to most others. Fascinating how important sites like this never work, there is many good programmers in the country who could help them build a functioning web page.
