It’s the 800k THB sitting useless in a thai bank account that’s steering us away from continuing with the retirement visa.

just did it, pretty simple , only need TM30, passport copies, fill out form

Definitely get a visa before you get here!

Even if it’s just the initial Non O (90 days) which can now be done online!

Advice from a fellow aussie, get the 90day Non O from the embassy in Sydney!!!

(makes live a whole lot easier here in Thailand - and will probably save you some coin and headache)
