I know it's a complicated story, lol. 😅 Where they asked me to upload proof of being in Canada I just sent them a long-winded letter explaining it all, and right away they sent me an approval letter, bless them. 🥳

OK, well just leaving without a permit is much more convenient than the timing games the people on Ed or Working visas have to play with canceling their extensions.
Hi Peggy, would you mind telling me what they required for that visa? The Penang embassy website says they want a criminal background check from one's home country, health insurance, and 800k฿ just for the initial 90 day O visa. Is it correct that they needed those? Thanks!
